Personal

Dr. Stein is the Medical Director of youth services for PrairieCare as well as a practicing general and child adolescent psychiatrist in inpatient, PHP and clinic levels of care. He is part of the award-winning Psychiatric Assistance Line, providing psychiatric education and support to primary care physicians throughout the state to expand access to psychiatric resources.

In his free time, he enjoys coaching baseball, wakeboarding, Marvel movies, and has a longstanding love/hate relationship with the Vikings. In addition, as the president of the Minnesota Society for Child Adolescent Psychiatry, he focuses on local and national advocacy for adolescent mental health with a goal to increase access to quality care.
