If you do not know your child’s user name and password, please click the option to log in “Using Mobile Phone” to authenticate your access by receiving a unique login code through text message. Our staff will respond to these messages during regular clinic hours:
Monday – Thursday: 7:30am-6:00pm
Friday: 7:30am-4:30pm
Saturday: 8:00am-12:00pm
