2025-2026 Season Flu Vaccine Information:
- Flu vaccine is available in both injectable (6 months and older) and Flu Mist (2 years and older)
- Flu vaccine is available for established patients or new patients that are transferring care to our clinic. If you are not established and would like to become a patient with South Lake Pediatrics, please call 952-401-8300 to get scheduled and registered.
- South Lake Pediatrics follows the recommendations and guidelines set forth by the Minnesota Department of Health.
Fall Flu Clinic Dates (All Saturday Dates are 8:30-11:30am)
- Saturday, September 13th – Minnetonka
- Saturday, September 20th – Maple Grove
- Saturday, September 27th – Minnetonka
- Saturday, October 4th – Maple Grove
- Saturday, October 11th – Minnetonka
- Thursday, October 16th (9:00am-4:30pm) – Chaska
- Friday, October 17th (9:00am-4:30pm) – Plymouth
- Saturday, October 18th – Maple Grove
- Saturday, October 25th – Minnetonka
- Saturday, November 8th – Maple Grove
*Flu vaccine can also be given while in clinic for other scheduled appointments.
