COVID Vaccine
South Lake Pediatrics is offering the COVID-19 vaccine for our current established patients. Please call our scheduling line at 952-401-8300 to make an appointment. Please verify your insurance benefits prior to scheduling an appointment.
COVID-19 Vaccine Information:
- South Lake Pediatrics will administer the Moderna (Spikevax) vaccine for patients 6 months and older.
- COVID vaccine is available for established patients or new patients that are transferring to care to our clinic. If you are not established and would like to become a patient with South Lake Pediatrics, please call 952-401-8300 to get scheduled and registered.
- Currently, we will not be scheduling the COVID-19 vaccine and the flu shot together at one of our vaccine clinics.
- Patients cannot get an allergy injection and the COVID-19 vaccine on the same day.
- COVID vaccine can be given while in clinic for scheduled appointments or can be scheduled alone.
- Dress your child in clothes that allow for easy access to the thigh or upper arm.
- Expect to wait 15 minutes or longer after receiving your vaccine.
- Call to schedule your appointment (online scheduling for COVID vaccines is not available)
