Functions:
Be a strong leader and positive role model for all staff and encourage staff development by serving as a mentor. Champion and understand all clinic policies. Improve quality of care by ensuring efficiency and effectiveness of staff. Ensure optimum patient flow is maintained
 
Education:
Certified Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse. X-ray Certified

Experience:
Must have an excellent knowledge of clinic function and flow and have consistently demonstrated professional maturity. A qualified candidate must have at least 3 years experience as a supervisor in a medical clinic setting

Skills:
Must possess strong interpersonal skills, have the ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and have shown to be a dependable employee. Must be able to function as a working supervisor and be able to perform daily rooming, performing lab procedures, and x-rays

Hours of Work:
8:00 am-5:30 pm Monday-Friday with Saturday rotation 8:00 am-12:00 pm
